Floor Patch & Leveler
Ready-to-use flooring patch for smoothing and repairing interior and exterior concrete, wood, and masonry. Fast drying premixed formula dries in only 2 to 3 hours. No primers or additives needed. Apply directly to clean, dry wood. Lightly dampen concrete and masonry using clean water and a stiff brush or sponge. Do not leave puddles or standing water. Open, stir if product separation has occurred, and apply product from feather edge to 1 In. maximum using a putty knife, broad knife, or trowel. If applying thicker than 1/4 In., apply in 1/4 In. layers and allow 2 to 3 hours drying between layers. Patch is dry when it cannot be indented with the tool handle. Thick applications, low temperatures, and high humidity require longer drying times. Clean up with warm water and a damp sponge before product hardens. Coverage: 4 to 5 Sq. Ft. per quart at 1/8 In. thickness.

Install most floor coverings in as little as 15 minutes. Excellent as an embossed vinyl floor leveler. Apply from featheredge to 1/2 In. thick. SpeedFinish eliminates installation problems of bond failure, crumbling, mildew, and staining of resilient flooring due to free moisture found in traditional underlayments. Apply over concrete, cement backer boards, RedGard Waterproofing & Anti-fracture Membrane, exterior grade plywood (interior applications), ceramic tile, pavers, brick, stone, concrete terrazzo, sheet vinyl, VCT tile, and cutback adhesive (nonwater soluable). Do not use over OSB, particle board, hardwood, parquet floors, metal, cushion-backed vinyl flooring, or when temperature is below 50 deg. F. (10 deg. C.). Coverage: As a skim coat, approximately 250 to 300 Sq. Ft.; 10 Lb. box yields 30 Sq. Ft. at 1/8 In. thickness. Mix with water. Clean with water before material dries. 10 lb. box. A Portland cement-based patch and skim coat that can be installed over almost any surface to provide a smooth and permanent finish prior to the installation of floor coverings or patching holes, gouges, cracks, and seams, in subfloors such as concrete, brick, masonry, terrazzo and ceramic tile, wood, and metal, prior to the installation of any floor covering. Specially formulated with an ultra fast dry time. Dries in as little as 15 minutes. Can be installed from a feather edge to 5 In. depth. No primers or additives needed, just mix with water. Recommended mixing ratio is 2 parts powder to 1 part water (by volume). For the entire bag, mix 1.75 quarts of water with the 7 Lb. bag. Coverage: Trowel with flat edge, 7 Lb. box covers approximately 198 Sq. Ft. at skim coat. Temperature should be above 65 deg. F. Remove dirt, wax, polish, paint, and other foreign material from floor prior to application. Mixing product with a 1/2 In. drill at a minimum 650 RPM will produce a creamier and easier-to-apply mix. If the product begins to harden in the bucket use a drill to re-whip. Will not promote the growth of mold and/or mildew. 7 Lb. box.

HENRY 565 can be walked on in as little as 2 hours and ceramic tile can be installed in only 6 hours. Can be installed from a 1/8" thickness up to 5 inches. Designed to be used with today's glue-down and glueless flooring. Must use Henry 564 FloorPro Underlayment Primer prior to use. Coverage: 43 sq. ft. with 40 lb. bag at 1/8" thickness.
